The Karuk Tribe Housing Authority (KTHA) requests sealed bids for all necessary materials, labor, and equipment necessary to construct 8 single family turn-key homes located at 38030 Hwy 96 in Orleans California (Humboldt County) as outlined further in the attached Scope of Work. Building permits and associated fees will be provided by KTHA.
The Karuk Tribe is seeking Cultural Practitioners to contribute skills and knowledge for cultural events, offering stipends based on participation time. Practitioners should provide background information, relevant experience, and references for inclusion in the Tribe’s rolling qualifications list.

The Karuk Tribe seeks a contractor to design and lead a 12-week self-defense and fitness program in Orleans, Happy Camp, and Yreka, including curriculum planning, weekly classes, safety gear, and liability insurance. Proposals are due August 6, 2025, with Indian Preference applied.
