The Karuk Tribe Human Services Departmentrequests proposals for the following Scope of Work required for TraditionalHealers under Medi-Cal/Partnership to provide cultural awareness, and providehealthy access to culturally responsive care, support holistic health, and reduce disparities in health outcomes. This proposal should identify and facilitate the traditional culturalpractices of the Karuk Tribe and present the practices in a manner ofeducation, healing, and maintaining health and wellness
