• Workforce Development & Employment Readiness
• Youth & Family Engagement
• Community Wellness & Prevention

Submission Dates: May 4 – May 15, 2026

What to include in your proposal:
• Clear project description
• Budget with justification
• Timeline of activities
• Other sources of support (if applicable)
