If you are an American Indian household that receives SNAP benefits and lives in Humboldt, Del Norte,Siskiyou, or Trinity County, you are eligible for a $75 Walmart gift card to purchase food!

If you are an American Indian household that receives SNAP benefits and lives in Humboldt, Del Norte,

Siskiyou, or Trinity County, you are eligible for a $75 Walmart gift card to purchase food!

NCIDC is giving out $75 pre-paid Walmart cards. After completing the online application, NCIDC staff will

review your information and contact you to confirm whether or not you are eligible. If eligible, you will be

mailed a food card.

If you are interested, go to food.ncidc.org and fill out the online application.

The other side of this flyer has a sample of the questions you will be asked online to complete the application.

Cards are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. NCIDC will cut off applications

once the maximum number of cards have been distributed.

Food cards are limited to one per household.
