A Skills Bank is a centralized database that helps identify and connect people with the knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience needed for employment opportunities, projects, and workforce development.

Everyone is encouraged to apply!

You can submit a Skills Bank application if you are:

• Currently employed with the Karuk Tribe
• A former Tribal employee
• A Karuk Tribal Member or Descendant
• A member of another Tribe
• Non-Native

TERO provides Native preference; however, we recognize that certain positions require specific skills and experience, and we want to know what you can do.

Examples of skills we are looking for include:

• Medical and healthcare backgrounds
• Childcare experience
• Gerontology
• CDL/truck driving
• Mechanics
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Welding
• Electrical
• Construction and labor skills
• And much more!
