Karuk Tribe Health & Human Services invites men to participate in upcoming Karuk Sweat Lodge (Healing Ceremony) gatherings.

“iphíikirih” — to sweat oneself (in a sweathouse), is a traditional practice centered on healing, renewal, and connection.

Free of charge | Men only

Ceremony led by practitioners Nathan Shinar and Gregory Arteche.

Please bring your own towel. Water and food will be provided.
