Karuk Tribal Council Cook - Happy Camp
The Karuk Tribe requests proposals for the following Scope of Work required for the preparation of meals for Tribal Council, Health Board, and other assigned meetings from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 for meetings in Happy Camp or as assigned.
Responses to this Request for Proposals MUST include the following:
1. A statementof qualifications, includingrelevant experience in meal preparation and similar work completed.
2. Flat rate amount for compensation for eachmeeting type as identified.
3. Namesand telephone number of three references.
4. Copy ofcurrent valid Food Handlers Certificate.
5. Specify whichcommunities you are interestedin serving.
