_{Notice is hereby given that the Karuk Tribe (KT) is hereby accepting sealed bids in response to this solicitation for Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the demolition and removal of existing slab and footings and construction of a new stick-built Health Administration building at 64100 Hillside Road, Happy Camp, Siskiyou County, California,96039.}

_{Only those bidders who submit a written request, receive a complete RFP solicitation package, and participate in the mandatory pre-bid conference will be considered as registered bidders. KT shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of documents obtained through any other means other than submitting a written request, attending the pre-bid conference, and registering as a bidder.}

_{Bidders shall inspect the site where construction is to be performed and shall satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance of the contract, to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable.}

MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT

_{A pre-bid site visit is required prior to submitting a bid.  A group site visit will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM at 64100 Hillside Road, Happy Camp, CA 96039. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE GROUP WILL MEET AT THE KARUK TRIBE PITHVUYRAAM CENTER at 64236 Second Avenue, Happy Camp CA 96039 and proceed to site.}
