The Karuk Tribe Housing Authority (KTHA) requests sealed bids for all necessary materials, labor, and equipment necessary to construct 8 single family turn-key homes located at 38030 Hwy 96 in Orleans California (Humboldt County) as outlined further in the attached Scope of Work. Building permits and associated fees will be provided by KTHA.

Overview

The Karuk Tribe Housing Authority (KTHA) requests sealed bids for all necessary materials, labor, and equipment necessary to construct 8 single family turn-key homes located at 38030 Hwy 96 in Orleans California (Humboldt County) as outlined further in the attached Scope of Work. Building permits and associated fees will be provided by KTHA.

All bidders must attend the Mandatory Site Visit on October 3, 2025 at 10am at 38030 Highway 96, Orleans, CA  95556.

This document provides the full design package for a roof-mounted solar photovoltaic system at the Orleans site. It includes cover sheets, site plans, roof module layouts, stringing diagrams, attachment details, a single-line electrical diagram, electrical calculations, labels/placards, and equipment datasheets. The system uses Mission Solar Energy modules, AP Smart rapid shutdown devices, and a Fronius Primo Gen24 inverter. It documents compliance with California Electrical, Fire, Residential, and Building Codes, and provides all technical specifications needed for permitting, installation, and inspection

This document contains the engineering design package for a roof-mounted photovoltaic (PV) system at the Orleans site (38030 State Highway 96, Orleans, CA). It details:

4. 8 Single Family Residential Plans (04.20.2022)

This document contains architectural and civil engineering plans for a proposed Karuk Tribe Housing Authority development in Orleans. It covers eight single-family homes arranged around a cul-de-sac, with site civil improvement plans, plot plans, foundation notes, structural framing, floor plans, elevations, roof plans, electrical plans, fire sprinkler layouts, and Title 24 energy compliance reports. It also includes wildland fire safety requirements, defensible space guidelines, and infrastructure notes (sewer, water, and utilities). These plans were prepared by Trinity Valley Consulting Engineers as part of a housing development project
